Camino a las Olimpiadas

Como buenos deportistas ya sabemos que estáis entrenando para cuando llegue el momento.  Un deportista de alto rendimiento no lo es por casualidad además de contar con unas grandes aptitudes físicas cuidan y le dedican tiempo tanto a su alimentación como a sus ejercicios, tienen objetivos bien establecidos y dan su máximo esfuerzo en cada entrenamiento. Pero a parte de ser muy disciplinados en sus rutinas de entrenamiento, en muchos deportes, según los científicos, lo que distinguen a estos atletas de un ser humano común y corriente, es un corazón mucho más grande de lo normal. Este corazón grande puede bombear más oxigeno a los músculos, y estos músculos, que también son extraordinarios, tienen mucha más capacidad de resistencia al usar ese oxígeno.
