WHAT DOES FOOD DO FOR US?  Hello everyone! Most readers of ‘Sport and Health’ practise a sport themselves and they would like to know what type of food they should eat. Not the 12.000 calories a day of Michael Phelps! They are interested in knowing what to eat to be in good health in general, and what to eat for their trainings.
